In the past 24 hours, my computer has shut down without cause three times. No warning. Just (beeeew) and then nothing. I'm pretty sure the reason is overheating, which I thought I solved pretty well, but apparently not. I'm going to see if I can find a cooling pad because this cannot keep up. I have to use my computer for my law exam next Tuesday. Definitely not funny nor amusing. It has also started making weird whirling and squeaking noises. Also not good signs. It' a good thing I recently acquired an external hard drive. I've lost important stuff waaaay too many times because of Compaq's stupidity.
I am reading "Evelina" for class on Valentine's Day. how appropriate.
